  • How It Works: Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and complete the checkout process. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order is being prepped with care.

  • Availability: Our collections are ultra-limited and subject to available stock. If an item sells out, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for that item.

  • Pricing: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT as required by EU law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors on the site. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to resolve it.

3. Payment

  • We accept payments via [list methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, MB Way]. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

  • All transactions are secure and encrypted. If a payment fails, we’ll let you know, and your order won’t be processed until payment is successful.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Where We Ship: We proudly deliver to all of Europe. Unfortunately, we don’t yet ship outside Europe, but we’re working hard to bring STRK’s vibe to the world soon!

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by country and courier (typically 3-7 business days within the EU). You’ll receive an email when your order ships, including tracking details if available.

  • Shipping Costs: These are calculated at checkout. You’re responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated (e.g., for defective items).

  • Tracking: We’ll provide tracking info when your order leaves our facility. Depending on the courier, you may receive additional updates. If you don’t, don’t worry—your gear is on its way!

  • Customs and Taxes: For EU deliveries, no additional customs fees apply. If you’re in a country with specific import duties, these are your responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

In line with EU consumer laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), we want you to be stoked with your STRK gear. Here’s how returns work:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return, no reason needed. Contact strkstreetwear@gmail.com with your order number to start the process.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • Return Shipping: You cover return shipping costs, except for defective items or shipping errors, where we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse you.

  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. This includes the item cost and original standard shipping fees (if applicable). You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

  • Exceptions: Used or damaged products, or items without original packaging cannot be returned.

  • Defective Items: If your gear has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a free return or replacement (subject to availability). You’re also covered by the EU’s 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. For full details, check our Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on our website are the exclusive property of STRK or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without permission. Our limited-edition pieces are crafted to keep the urban culture original—let’s keep it that way!

We take your privacy seriously, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
