At STRK, we’re pumped to bring our streetwear vibe straight to you, anywhere in European Union! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from our HQ to your hands, packed with the style and energy only STRK delivers.
Where We Ship
We proudly ship to all of European Union! Whether you’re in Lisbon, Paris, or Berlin, our limited-edition collections are headed your way. For now, we don’t ship outside Europe, but we’re working hard to spread the STRK vibe worldwide. Stay tuned!
How Shipping Works

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order and payment is processed, you’ll get an email letting you know we’re prepping your gear with care.

Shipping Out: When your item leaves our HQ, we’ll send another email with shipping details, including a tracking code (when available). Depending on the courier, you might or might not get extra updates, but don’t worry—your order’s on its way!

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by destination in Europe:

Portugal: 2-5 business days.

Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days.

Note: These are estimated times. Delays can happen due to holidays, strikes, or other issues beyond our control.

Couriers: We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your pieces arrive in top condition. The courier depends on your location and the shipping option you pick at checkout.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You’ll see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase.

For returns due to defects or our mistake (e.g., wrong item), we cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, shipping back is on you.

Within the EU, there are no extra customs fees, but any local taxes or duties are your responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking code (if available). Use it on the courier’s website to follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see updates, hit us up at strkstreetwear@gmail.com with your order number, and our crew will sort it out.
Delivery Issues

Delays: If your order takes longer than expected, let us know at strkstreetwear@gmail.com. We’ll check with the courier and keep you in the loop.

Damaged or Wrong Item: If you receive something defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send us photos and your order number, and we’ll fix it with a replacement or refund (check our Return Policy for details).

Non-Delivered: If your order doesn’t arrive, reach out within 30 days of shipment, and we’ll investigate.
